1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phph7 ("phph7," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phph7.cam (the "Platform").

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Requirements

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. phph7 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: GCash and Maya — within 15 minutes to 1 hour; bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank — within 1 to 3 banking days. Withdrawal requests may be held pending verification if unusual account activity is detected or if documentation requirements have not been fulfilled. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified.

4.4 Currency

Unless otherwise indicated, all transactions on the phph7 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Where foreign currency transactions are processed, conversion rates applied by your payment provider may apply and phph7 accepts no responsibility for exchange rate variations.

phph7 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.

12. Amendments to Terms

phph7 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, phph7 will notify registered players via email or via an in-platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.

13. Termination and Suspension

phph7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, phph7 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where the breach involves fraudulent activity or financial crime, balances may be permanently forfeited and reported to relevant authorities.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their phph7 account may do so by contacting support via live chat. Any unused real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements being met.

14. Governing Law and Disputes
